Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on July 3 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                              
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 105(TRA) "An Act                                                                                
         extending, for purposes of a program of debt                                                                           
         reimbursement to municipalities, the date by which                                                                     
         debt must be incurred for a small boat harbor; and
